Product Overview
Our Viscose Polyester Spunlace is a blended nonwoven fabric made from viscose and polyester fibers, bonded by high-pressure water jets in a hydroentanglement process. No chemical binders are needed, so the fibers interlock into a clean, uniform and flexible fabric with a soft, cloth-like feel.
The two fibers work together. Viscose brings softness, absorbency and a gentle touch on skin, while polyester adds strength, shape stability and wet durability. By adjusting the blend ratio, we can balance comfort and toughness for each end use.
The fabric is supplied in rolls, and weight, width, blend ratio and surface pattern can be customized. It is widely used as a base material for beauty and personal care products, wipes, medical dressings and household cleaning cloths.
