Cleaning Cloths & Wiping Fabrics

Nonwovens excel in kitchen cleaning as scrub pads and wipes, offering superior scrubbing power, absorbency, and abrasion resistance over paper towels.

Spunlace Nonwoven Fabric Overview

Spunlace nonwoven fabric, also known as hydroentangled nonwoven, is made by directing fine, high-pressure water jets onto a loose fiber web. The jets entangle the fibers mechanically, so the cloth is bonded without adhesive, resin or heat sealing. The finished fabric is soft, absorbent and strong, with low linting.

These qualities make spunlace a reliable base for wipes and cleaning cloths. By changing the fiber blend and surface pattern, we can produce an eco-friendly everyday wiper or a tough scrubbing cloth from the same process.

Fiber type, basis weight, width and surface pattern can all be adjusted to match the cleaning job.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is spunlace nonwoven fabric?

It is a nonwoven formed by entangling fibers with high-pressure water jets, with no adhesive involved. It is soft, absorbent and low in lint.

Why choose wood pulp spunlace for eco-friendly cleaning?

It combines high absorbency and a soft touch with wet strength. It suits hotels, restaurants and homes that want an eco-friendly wiper. Compostability and biodegradability depend on the exact fibers used, so please confirm the claim you plan to make.

How does it differ from paper towels?

Spunlace keeps its structure when wet and does not break down as quickly during wiping, while staying soft and absorbent.

Will it scratch delicate surfaces or leave lint?

No. The soft surface is gentle on delicate materials, and the bonded structure keeps linting low.

What is wave-pattern spunlace used for?

Heavy kitchen cleaning, such as stovetops, ovens and pots, bathroom tiles and stubborn stains, and industrial kitchen maintenance and surface preparation.

Can wave-pattern cloth be reused?

Yes. Sizing raises wet strength and reduces fiber loss, so the cloth lasts through repeated use.

Does it resist strong cleaning agents?

The polyester and viscose blend is designed to withstand strong cleaners. For specific chemicals, please tell us the product so we can advise on suitability.

Can pattern, weight and width be customized?

Yes. Share your cleaning use and target values, and we will recommend a suitable specification.
