Spunlace nonwoven fabric, also known as hydroentangled nonwoven, is made by directing fine, high-pressure water jets onto a loose fiber web. The jets interlock the fibers mechanically, so the finished cloth is bonded without glue, resin or heat sealing. The result is a soft, flexible, cloth-like material with a clean surface.
Because no chemical binder is involved, spunlace is a natural fit for products that rest on the skin. In beauty care, it is widely used as the base material for facial mask nonwoven fabric and depilatory nonwoven fabric, where softness, liquid handling and wet strength all have to work together.
The same fabric family also serves Spunlace Nonwoven Fabric for Wipes & Hygiene and Spunlace Nonwoven Fabric for Medical & Healthcare products. Fiber blend, basis weight, width and surface pattern can all be tuned, which lets one manufacturing technology cover very different end uses.
Built for sheet masks that must hold essence evenly, stay intact when wet and sit comfortably on the face.
An even fiber web gives a silky, consistent touch across the whole sheet, so the mask feels pleasant from the first second.
Binder-free construction keeps allergenic potential low and the surface non-irritating, which suits sensitive skin.
Essence is taken up quickly during filling and released steadily against the skin, so active ingredients reach the face rather than staying in the sheet.
Strong wet strength keeps the sheet whole when saturated. It follows facial contours closely and resists slipping during wear.

Built for wax and hair removal strips that must grip fine hair, carry the formula and survive being pulled.
A smooth, low-lint surface leaves no stray fibers behind and helps avoid redness or swelling during application and pulling.
The cloth holds the depilatory formula and transfers it evenly, giving uniform coverage across the treated area.
Stays in one piece under moisture and tension, with no breakage and no fiber residue left on the skin.
Works with roller-ball application systems as well as manual spreading, so it fits both automated and hand-applied products.
A high-friction surface texture grips and lifts fine hair effectively. It gives a smooth experience in personal care and beauty preparation, and adds a mild exfoliating effect.

Material: Viscose, Tencel, Bamboo Fiber, Cotton or blends
Soft cellulose-based fibers absorb essence quickly and feel gentle on the face. Tencel adds extra wet strength and a silkier surface, bamboo brings a very soft hand, and cotton supports natural-origin claims.
Material: 100% Purified Fiber (Viscose, Polyester, or blends with sized)
Purified fibers keep the cloth clean and consistent. Adding polyester raises tear resistance and chemical stability when the cloth is loaded with a formula.
Every beauty product has its own formula, format and price target. We adjust the fabric to match, from fiber choice to roll size, and our team can recommend a starting specification if you are not sure where to begin. Contact us to discuss your project.

Aojia is a leading spunlace nonwoven manufacturer. With two fully integrated, high-precision spunlace production lines (3.5 m working width), we deliver 14,000 metric tons per year of premium nonwovens engineered for medical, hygiene, industrial and sustainable textile applications.
For cosmetology customers, this scale means steady supply for roll orders of any size, and the width range needed to cut mask sheets and depilatory strips efficiently. Quality records and credentials are available in the Patent & Certificates section, and our product range shows the full list of fiber types we run.
It is a nonwoven made by entangling fibers with high-pressure water jets. No adhesive is used, which gives a soft, strong and low-lint cloth that is well suited to skin-contact products.
Viscose, Tencel, bamboo fiber and cotton are the usual choices, alone or blended. Viscose absorbs well, Tencel offers higher wet strength, bamboo is especially soft and cotton suits natural-origin positioning.
Light weights of roughly 30 to 50 g/m² absorb fast and lie close to the skin, which suits thin essence masks. Heavier weights hold more liquid and add strength. We can help you match GSM to your serum thickness and wear time.
Good wet strength is the main design target for mask cloth. Fiber blend and basis weight are set so the sheet stays intact, keeps its shape and follows facial contours during the full wear time.
We use 100% purified fiber, in viscose, polyester or blends with sizing, depending on the formula and the strength needed. Polyester content helps the cloth resist tearing and chemical attack when loaded with a depilatory cream or gel.
Pearl and EF patterns create a higher-friction surface that grips fine hair and spreads product evenly. Plain and mesh are smoother and are better for gentle or sensitive-skin formats. Testing with your own formula is the most reliable way to decide.
The binder-free, low-lint construction is designed to avoid loose fibers, and the smooth surface reduces friction, so skin is less likely to become red or irritated during use and removal.
