2. Spunlace Nonwoven Production Process

Fibers are opened and carded into a uniform web, then passed under rows of fine, high-pressure water jets. The jets drive the fibers to interlock with one another on a moving belt. After entangling, the spunlace nonwoven is dried and wound into rolls. Because no adhesive is needed, the finished material stays soft, clean and safe for skin contact. If you need special properties, our team can discuss custom finishing such as anti-static, anti-bacterial or flame-retardant treatment.
